Come on down to Herb’s Cider on Friday April 19 for a good time, great cider and a fantastic cause!

From 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the Northwest Straits Foundation will give a talk about the state of the Salish Sea and what we do to help protect it. In addition, a couple of short videos will be shown that detail the Foundation’s work.

Plus there will be a raffle that includes prizes from the Northwest Straits Foundation.

In the spirit of Earth Day, Herb’s Cider will donate $1 off every pint poured to the Northwest Straits Marine Conservation Foundation for the entire weekend of 4/19 to 4/21.

The Northwest Straits Foundation removes derelict fishing gear from our waters that pose a hazard to marine life, and restores local beaches back to their natural state to increase habitat essential for our orcas and salmon to thrive.
