Lisa Kaufman

Lisa has been working at the Foundation since 2013. As Director of Programs, she aims to find opportunities to restore and protect the shorelines of the Salish Sea by developing partnerships with private and public landowners.

With over 20 years of experience stewarding beaches in the north Sound, Lisa is passionate about ensuring the habitats and species that draws so many to the Pacific Northwest will thrive for future generations. When she’s not at work, Lisa can be found outside kayaking, rowing, cross country skiing, or hiking with her dog.
